Location: Statewide Commodity: Oil/Water Interceptor Pumping and Cleaning Service The purpose of this request is to establish pricing for oil/ water interceptor pumping and cleaning services at varied facilities owned by the State of Ohio, Department of Transportation including all ODOT Districts 1 through 12 and ODOT Central Office Facilities in accordance with the specifications and ODOTs standard terms and conditions contained herein. Vendor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and incidental items necessary to perform the requested services. Included in this service will be pumping and cleaning of oil/water separators, oil/water interceptors, holding tanks, cisterns, sludge/grit traps, pits, pipes, sand filters, trench drains and any other associated equipment as requested by the ODOT District Facilities Program Administrator or their designee. The effective duration of this agreement shall be from May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2025. Vendors must submit any questions, clarifications, or inquiries regarding this procurement via electronically. When the Department deems it necessary to reject a bid, the Department will notify each affected bidder and the reasons for such actions. OH DOT - Oil/Water Interceptor Pumping and Cleaning Service
