Location: Statewide Commodity: Liquid Asphalt The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a term contract for Liquid Asphalt, F.O.B. destination, plant pick-up, and material in place. Materials must be provided from ODOT-Certified Producers. There is no guarantee of quantities of Liquid Asphalt to be purchased through this contract. Districts (and Political Subdivisions, when approved) will issue purchase orders as needs for materials arise. This contract shall be effective from the Date of Award through March 31, 2024. Unit bid pricing submitted shall be effective for the entire duration of the contract. Vendors must submit any questions, clarifications, or inquiries regarding this procurement via electronically. When the Department deems it necessary to reject a bid, the Department will notify each affected bidder and the reasons for such actions. OH DOT - Liquid Asphalt
