Renovation of a residential development in Fullerton, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The work is to be performed in accordance with the list of authorized repairs and improvements detailed in the Authorized Repair Report and set forth in the plans, General Conditions, and General Construction Specifications (available at the Community & Economic Development Office, Fullerton City Hall, Housing Division, Third Floor, 303 West Commonwealth Avenue, Fullerton, CA 92832). Bids are required for the entire project as described in the Authorized Repair Report and plans. All bids are to be compared on the basis of the City Building Inspector s estimate of the work to be done and will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder by the property owner with the concurrence of the Housing Division. Before a contract is entered into with the successful bidder, the bidder shall present evidence of current California State Contractor s License, current City of Fullerton Business License, and Workers Compensation. The Housing Division reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted.
