Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Cornwall, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Replacement of three flat roof areas on the County administration building belonging to the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry, at 26 Pitt Street in Cornwall, Ontario. Work includes removal of existing membrane, verification of the substrate layer, and installation of new roof system. The Contactor shall have thirty (30) consecutive working days from the start date to substantially complete the work as contained in the Tender. It is anticipated that the commencement date will be on or about May 31st, 2023. The official start-date shall be mutually established by The Corporation of the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry and the Contractor upon award of the Contract. Once the official start-up date is established, the official Completion Date will then be calculated and used for the calculation of Liquidated Damages as detailed elsewhere in the Contract. Substantial completion of the project shall be completed no later than October 1st, 2023. OPTION #1 - Peel & Replacement - Sections 1 & 2 Price - $240,000 - $270,000 + HST OPTION #2 - Full Replacement - Sections 1 & 2 Price - $265,000 - $300,000 + HST Question Deadline: 04/10/2023 10:00:00 AM ET Bid value not released for publication.
