Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Burnsville, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
For the making of the following described local improvements, said proposal for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in place of the following approximate quantities: 37,700 SY Mill Bituminous Surface 1.5" 44,400 SY Full Depth Reclamation 3,700 LF 6" Watermain Replacement 12,500 TON Bituminous Pavement 17,000 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter 101 EA Casting Assembly 27 EA Refurbish Valve Box 8,400 SY 4" Compacted Topsoil The bid bonds must be payable to the City of Burnsville in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. The City of Burnsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the bid in the best interest of the City. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
