As of April 28th, 2023 this project is pending an award decision. For the making of the following described local improvements, said proposal for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in place of the following approximate quantities: 210 LF Horizontal Shaft Construction 145 LF Vertical Shaft Construction 45 SY Concrete Pavement Removal 80 LF Concrete Sawcut 45 SY Concrete Pavement 45 SY Subgrade Preparation 8 CY Aggregate Base 1 LS Dewatering 1 LS Rough Grading 180 LF Silt Fence Pre-Qualification: Yes The bid bonds must be payable to the City of Burnsville in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. The City of Burnsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the bid in the best interest of the City. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
