Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in New Hope, Minnesota. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner. Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Work consists of replacement of existing watermain, street surface improvements, boulevard trail with decorative lighting and signal replacement and revisions for ADA compliance. The Project consists of the following approximate quantities for the Base Bid: 900 LF 6" - 12" PVC Watermain, C900 1,300 LF 8" Equivalent Watermain (Pipe Burst) and associated valves and hydrants 30,000 SY Mill Bituminous Surface (2" and 3" depths) 4,500 TN Bituminous Pavement - Wear Course 7,400 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter 10,000 SF Concrete Sidewalk (4" and 6" thickness) 1 SYS Traffic Control Signal System A 2 SYS Revise Traffic Control System 11 EA Lighting Unit Type Special 4,100 LF 1.5" Non-Metallic Conduit (Directional Bore) 9,100 LF 4" Multi-Component Ground In Pavement Striping (solid, broken, double) 3,750 SF Crosswalk Preform 04/06/2023 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
