The work shall consist of the construction of concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, valley gutter, driveway approaches and ADA compliant curb ramps and installation of bike lanes in the City of Delano as described in the project plans and specifications. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Estimated Project Cost Range: $ 1,000,000.00 to $1,100,000.00 Each bid shall be submitted on a form furnished as part of the Contract Documents and must be accompanied by cash, a cashier's check, a certified check, or a bidder's bond executed by an admitted surety insurer, or substitute pursuant to Section 995.710 of the Code of Civil Procedure, in an amount not less than 10% of the amount of the bid, made payable to the order of or for the benefit of the City. The security of unsuccessful bidders will be returned by the City no later than 60 days following the date of award. Each bid shall be sealed and delivered to the City at the location designated in this notice for the opening of proposals at or before the time in this notice provided.
