Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Delano, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
***As of June 14, 2023. Project has not been awarded yet. The work shall consist of Asphalt Concrete overlay, but not limited to cold plane, deep patch, installation of traffic striping, pavement markers and markings, and other miscellaneous improvements and appurtenances. Each bid shall be submitted on a form furnished as part of the Contract Documents and must be accompanied by cash, a cashier's check, a certified check The City plans to issue Notice to Proceed by June 2023. The project shall be substantially completed within 90 Calendar days. The Contractor's license classification(s) required for this project are as follows: General Contractor, Class A The City of Delano further reserves the right to delete such portions of the work as it deems necessary or expedient and the right to perform such portions of the work by force account as it deems necessary to expedite the completion of the project. The Contractor is expected to coordinate his work with that of City forces to cause the least delay in the completion of the Contract. Engineers' Estimate Range: $750,000.00 to $800,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
