The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, insurance, bonds, licenses, travel and per diem, materials, non-consumable supplies, transportation, equipment, training of key institution personnel and every other item of expense necessary to provide the services for the Removal and Installation of Fuel Storage Tanks for California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Kern Valley State Prison (KVSP), located at 3000 West Cecil Avenue, Delano, CA 93215. Notification of Intent to Participate 3:00 p.m. on June 13, 2019 in Mandatory Walk-Through Submit your letter of inquiry by the date/time specified in the Projected Timetable Section I, directly to Kathy Reyna, Contracts Management Branch, by any of the following: Mail: 9838 Old Placerville Road, Suite B-2 Sacramento, CA 95827 FAX: (916) 255-6187 E-mail:Katherine.reyna@cdcr.ca.gov Bidders security of bid bond, cash, cashiers check or certified check in the amount of at least 10 percent of the base bid must accompany this proposal. If bid bond is used as security, it is to be executed on the appropriate form attached to this proposal. The bond must be executed by an admitted surety insurer. Agreement documents, a faithful performance bond in the sum of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount payable under the Agreement is required. Payments will not exceed ninety percent (90%) of the Agreement amount. Any funds so withheld may be paid upon completion of the project.
