The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a Proponent(s) with the capability and experience to efficiently and cost-effectively fabricate, deliver and install permanent wayfinding signage, including foundations as necessary, at the Vancouver Landfill (Landfill) in Delta BC, the Vancouver South Transfer Station (VSTS) and the Vancouver Zero Waste Centre (VZWC) in Vancouver BC. Potential Proponents interested in attending the Information Meeting should pre-register for the Information Meeting by submitting their attendees' names, titles and contact information using the Q&A Board section of this RFP prior to April 4, 2023. The term of any Agreement is expected to be a one (1) -year period , with one (1 )possible one (1)-year extensions, for a maximum total term of two (2) years Question Submission Close Date 4/27/2023 3:00 PM PDT Two (2) mandatory information meetings (the "Information Meetings") will be held to enable Proponents to seek clarification with respect to any aspect of the RFP in a group forum. The meetings are mandatory and Proposals submitted by Proponents that did not attend the Information Meeting may or may not be considered by the City, in the City's sole discretion.
