Site work for a water / sewer project in New Maryland, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This IBA-Rural and Northern Communities Infrastructure Project No. 11876 is co-funded by the Government of Canada, the Province of New Brunswick and the Village of New Maryland. Proposed work involves the supply and installation of approximately 2000 metres of 300 mm diameter water main and associated appurtenances along Route 101 within the Village of New Maryland. Work also involves the installation of water service laterals, site and road reinstatement as well as horizontal directional drilling to install sleeves and pipe across Route 101. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price (including HST). The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance Securities as specified in the Bid Documents. Bid submission guidelines are itemized in Section 00 21 13 - Instruction to Bidders. General Contractors only may obtain drawings and specifications from WSP Canada Group Limited, 80 Bishop Drive, Fredericton NB at a cost of $50.00 (including HST) per set, non-refundable. Payment can only be made by cheque or money order. Call Susan Breen at WSP 506-451-0055 to arrange a time to pick-up bid documents. Bid Documents are on display at the Construction Office in Fredericton, NB. The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted.
