Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in New Maryland, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Proposed work involves the supply and installation of the following major components at each of two (2) separate well water supply sites: - Construction of a Well Control Building, incl. building structural, electrical, and mechanical systems. - Site development, incl. power supply connection/distribution, emergency power generator and propane storage tank, site pad, landscaping, and fencing. - Supply/installation of a water supply well pump, downhole well piping and pitless adapter, 200 mm diameter underground water supply piping/valving interconnecting the well, Well Control Bldg. and existing water transmission piping. - Internal Well Control Bldg. process piping/valving/appurtenances. - Electrical controls, instrumentation, and SCADA system. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price, incl. HST. The successful Bidder will be required to provide Performance Securities as specified in the Bid Documents. This IBA-Rural and Northern Communities Infrastructure Project No. 11876 is co-funded by the Government of Canada, the Province of New Brunswick and the Village of New Maryland. The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted.
