Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Kenai, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for KCHS Asphalt Refurbishment. The project consists of the following: Replace all damaged concrete sidewalks with asphalt walks. Repair damaged AC pavement around kitchen and dumpster area with a new concrete pad and ramp leading out cafeteria door. Additive alternative is an approximate additional 9,000 Sq Ft of AC pavement. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
