Renovation of a stadium in Ellaville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Schley County Board of Education is requesting bids on removing and replacing the field house floor. 1. The contractor is to provide all insurance and E-verify documents. 2. Contractor to provide three to four completed commercial jobs equal to or larger than this project. 3. Contractor to visit sight prior to bidding. 4. Contractor is to quote, replace with a 6 inch slab. Saw cut floor approximately 24 inches form the wall, trying not to cut hair pins. Remove floor, and approximately 2 inches of dirt. Dig a 12 x 12 inch footer and dig under slab at least 2 inches. Install new poly, drill and install dials in existing slab approximately 6 inches deep, securing with epoxy every 24 inches. Install rebar (footers are to be tied to dials and to a 12in. x 12 in. grid). The 12 x 12 grid should be supported approximately 3 inches above poly. (Use #4 rebar all applications). 5. Concrete to be used is Hi Early 5000. 6. Contractor is to work with the school on scheduling.
