DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: March 14, 2023 Exterior weatherization improvements at Robson Elementary School, buildings 1001, 1010 and modular buildings 1004, 1005. The overall scope of work includes but is not limited to: Removal and replacement of all exterior sealants at wall through penetrations, control joints, expansion joints at building perimeter, perimeters of all windows, and door frames at masonry walls. Minor Grading and excavation work at building perimeters adjacent to landscaped areas to improve and maintain positive drainage away from the building. Repair and waterproof stem walls 12" below grade. Power wash all exterior surfaces including masonry walls and remove efflorescence. Recoat all exterior surfaces with an approved elastomeric coating system per manufacturer's specifications. Preparation of exterior surfaces including doors and frames to receive new paint, and replacement of door sweeps and weather stripping. Repair, and fill cracks and voids in exterior masonry walls. Repair loose metal siding panels. Remove and replace wood siding at modular buildings. (To be verified at site visit) Repair, secure and paint perimeter metal coping.
