**As of April 19,2023, this project has been awarded to SAK Construction LLC, awarded amount not available.** The general scope of work shall include the furnishing of all labor, machinery, tools, appurtenances, equipment, transportation, utility services, other special structures, and all other means necessary to construct and complete the #2023-05 STORMWATER LINING PROJECT. a. Provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to completely rehabilitate existing gravity feed storm lines as indicated on plans/item list with suitable cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining product. The cured pipe material shall satisfy all requirements set forth in the Technical Specifications listed below (pg. 10). b. It is the bidder's responsibility to verify all parameters of each location of storm systems to be lined prior to bidding and prior to starting lining process. c. Debris removed from storm line can be placed at City-designated area located at 2507 Camden Avenue. Each bid shall contain the full name and address of every person, firm or corporation interested in the same, and if a corporation, the name and address of the President and Secretary. Each bidder shall require a Certified check, bank draft or acceptable surety bid bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. E.E.O. Clause statements apply to this purchase order.
