The Township of Lower Merion requires the services of a historic preservation consultant to study viewsheds as they relate to scenic corridors and Historic Resources, both designated and potential, in the Township. Any inquiries or questions must be directed in writing via e-mail to: Greg PrichardHistoric Preservation Planner gprichard@lowermerion.org Deadline for submitting questions is: 12:00 PM on Friday, March 31, 2023. Responses to general questions will be circulated to recipients of the RFP on Wednesday, April 5, 2023. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or parts thereof to waive any informality or irregularity as deemed to be in the best interest of the Township of Lower Merion. The Township of Lower Merion reserves the right to retain all proposals submitted and to use any ideas in a proposal regardless of whether that proposal is selected. Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance by the firm of the conditions contained in the request for proposal. All contractors must ensure that its employees and any applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their, race, color, religious creed, ancestry, age, sex, national origin, physical or mental disability, or because of a person sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
