Site work and paving for a civil project in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Township of Lower Merion is accepting separate and/ or combined bids for the stream restoration and bank stabilization measures along Mill Creek at West Mill Creek Park (1,600+- LF) and along Glanraffon Creek and its tributaries at Robert J Koegel Public Work Complex and Centennial Road (2,400+- LF). The work includes, but is not limited to: clearing and grubbing; excavation, backfill, and grading; selective tree removal; invasive planting removal; temporary erosion and sediment control measures; temporary stream diversion; gravel bar removal; imbricated rip rap; rock vanes, riffles, and other in-stream measures; landscaping; and site restoration. Construction is anticipated to begin in Fall 2023 pending contract execution. Question Deadline 06/27/2023 5:00:00 PM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as specified in the Instructions to Bidders section of the Bid Document. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% are required. Also, a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% is required. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or to waive any informality or irregularity as deemed to the best interest of the Township.
