The Norfolk Airport Authority, acting by and through its Chief Executive Officer, will accept qualification proposals from professional engineering firms to provide multi-disciplinary on-call airside professional engineering services as required by the Authority for the Norfolk International Airport. Qualified firms must be able to offer airside civil, structural, electrical, geotechnical and other related engineering services, or alternatively partner with firms that offer such services. Qualified firms must be able to demonstrate a sufficient knowledge of applicable and related federal, state and local laws, regulations, design criteria, standards and specifications for the services to be provided. There is no minimum guarantee of the amount of work that will be authorized.
