Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Legal, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Work at this site includes the removal and disposal of the existing 3734 x 2286 mm arched SPCSP culvert with a 34.3 m invert length and the installation of a new single barrel 4610 mm SPCSP culvert with a 34.2 m invert length on a 3 degree Left-Hand-Forward (LHF) skew to the road. The crossing is located on Range Road 251 over Little Egg Creek, 4 km east of Morinville. Without limiting the provisions of these Specifications and Contract, the Scope of Work at this site shall include the following: Traffic Accommodation Demolition and Disposal of Bridge Structure Total Suspended Solids (TSS) Testing Care of Water Excavation SPCSP Supply and Assembly Backfill Concrete End Treatment Roadway Work Supply and Placement of Class 1 Heavy Rock Riprap Supply and Installation of Erosion Control Barrier (Fibre Roll) Supply and Installation of Erosion Control Soil Covering (Type C) Supply and Installation of Erosion Control Barrier (Silt Fence) Fish Capture and Release (Deletable) Documents can be obtained from https://sturgeoncounty.bidsandtenders.ca/
