CR Number: 2096510 The work of this single bid project includes replacement of the existing EPDM roofing systems at Coykendall Science Building, Resnick Engineering Hall and the Terrace Restaurant with single ply TPO roofing systems. Terrace Restaurant removals include stone ballast. Work also includes exterior cleaning and EIFS repair and restoration. Mechanical, electrical, and hazardous material abatement work is also included in the scope of work. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8.
