Question Acceptance Deadline 03/16/2023 04:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Term: 05/01/2023 12:00 AM EDT - 04/30/2028 12:00 AM EDT Ulster Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) is requesting proposals for environmental consultants to be available to provide both emergency and planned services that are outside the scope of the Risk Management COSER (602 7470) to component districts. Such services would include, but not be limited to, asbestos project/air monitoring, environmental sample collection, and lead-based paint inspections. Vendors would work directly through the Environmental Compliance Coordinator. Consultants must carry & maintain all required/applicable licenses from state and federal agencies (e.g. NYSDOL, NYSDEC, EPA), use only certified/experienced personnel, and have a certified industrial hygienist (CIH) on staff. Response time for emergencies shall be no more than four (4) hours from the time the consultant is contacted by the Environmental Compliance Coordinator. Reports will be provided in a timely manner but no later than two weeks from the projects completion. Award will be based upon whatever is in the best interest of Ulster BOCES and participating districts. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
