The Town of Rock Hall is accepting sealed proposals for construction of Drainage Improvements at the Rock Hall Civic Center. The purpose of this project is to improve drainage of the athletic fields at the Civic Center. The work includes re-grading of existing swales, construction of new swales and installation of 15-inch RCP drainage culvert together with roadway restoration. Work also includes installation and removal of temporary erosion and sediment control measures, stabilized construction entrance, temporary and permanent stabilization, and removal and disposal of spoil resulting from swale work. After opening, proposals will be forwarded to the Town s Engineer for tabulation, review, and recommendation to the Town of Rock Hall Mayor and Council for their consideration at a future meeting. In awarding the project, the Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive formalities, informalities and technicalities therein, and to take whatever bid they determine to be the lowest, responsive, responsible bid.
