Site work and addition to a service station / car wash facility in Saint-Jerome, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 19,260-square-foot, one-story above grade service station / car wash facility.
Construction of an extension adjacent to the current building is necessary in order to meet the growing need for the fleet of vehicles to be maintained. The project consists of building an extension of around 1,800m2, enlarging the materials yard by around 6,000m2, building a new electrical entrance and medium voltage artery via a new block, replacing the generator, relocating 2 barriers motorized systems and fences increase the capacity of the sanitary and rainwater networks as well as that of the fire protection network. TIMELINE: The owner has not proceeded with construction of this extension project replacing it by the construction of a new facility that is now followed in the report under CRM ID name Construction of a New Vehicle Maintenance Workshop in the Administrative Center of Saint-Jérôme. No construction will follow this report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
