The City of Penticton requires demolition services for residential and commercial buildings. Demolition includes removal of Hazardous Materials, demolition of the building, removal of debris and ground leveling. Hazardous Materials include, but are not limited to: asbestos-containing material; lead or any other heavy metal; mould; toxic, flammable or explosive material; crystalline silica; PCBs; mercury; CFCs (Chlorofluorocarbons) and other refrigerants; Radioactive Sources; and other common hazardous materials found in residential or commercial buildings Documents can be obtained from https://penticton.bonfirehub.ca/portal Bid date has been extended from 04/18/2023 to 04/20/2023.
