Through this Request for Proposals, the City of Penticton invites Proposals for 2023 Capital Works consisting of the construction of approximately: 32000m2 Cold Milling 37000m2 Hot Mix Asphalt 12000m2 Base Gravels 11000m2 Sub-Base Gravels 3000m Water Main 165 Water Service Connections 3000m Sanitary Sewer CIPP lining 70m Sanitary Sewer Main 27 Sanitary Service Connections 1000m Curb & Gutter 1000m2 Sidewalk & Driveway 700m Concrete Encased Conduit The Work can be briefly summarized as follows: 1. Water main and service connection replacements, sanitary sewer relining, and road recapping along Eckhardt Avenue (from Ellis Street to Government Street), Haven Hill Road, and Redlands/Uplands area; 2. Water main and service connection replacements, sanitary sewer relining, and road recapping along Eckhardt Avenue (from Ellis Street to Government Street), Haven Hill Road, and Redlands/Uplands area; 3. Sanitary sewer relocation at Haven Hill Road & Pickering Street intersection; 4. Sanitary service connection replacements at 1100 block Redlands Road, 500 block Eckhardt Avenue, and Haven Hill Road; 5. Catch basin installations along Haven Hill Road and Redlands/Uplands area; 6.
