Construction Cost Estimate: $190,000 This parking lot is in bad condition and needs to be redone and some additional parking is necessary. Scope of work: remove and dispose of existing dirt area 11" below finish grades; remove and dispose of existing wheel stops; remove asphalt pavement; remove road base / subgrade to 11" below finish grades; sawcut and remove existing concrete area; remove existing drainage grate; remove existing foundation walls; remove and dispose of existing curb; remove and dispose of existing sidewalk; sawcut and remove sections of concrete drive approach; grind stump 12" below subgrade; over excavate an additional 12" of soft subgrade and fill with pitrun material; provide and install stabilization fabric; install new concrete sidewalk; provide and install curb wall; provide and install new concrete edge; install 6" thick concrete dumpster pad with 6" base and #4 bars both ways; provide and install bollard; provide and install sections of drive approach; install 8" road base; install 3" asphalt; install 4" wide parking stall ; provide and install new wheel stops; provide and install accessible parking symbol; provide and install new parking striping; provide and install ADA sign attached to fence; provide and install ADA sign and post; landscaping items; General Conditions; project mobilization; erosion control, sweep, and dust control; construction survey and staking; traffic control and pedestrian safety It is the sole responsibility of the contractor to ensure their bid reaches U3P before the closing date and time.
