The project includes construction of a 0.5 mile Class 1 Trail, with a large Pedestrian Bridge over Standiford Avenue, from north of Woodrow Avenue to the intersection at West Union Avenue. Local Programs & Policies The payment of Prevailing Wages is required on this project.
