Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Scappoose, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Work to be done under this Contract consists of paving, gravel reconditions, and ADA ramp retrofits. The Work includes: o Overlay paving and grind and inlay paving at NW Scappoose neighborhoods o Overlay paving along Havlik Drive o Permanent pavement markings o Sawcutting o Removal of hardscapes o ADA ramp retrofits along Havlik Drive o Installation of a Rapid Rectangular Flashing Beacon (RRFB) at Havlik Drive o Temporary traffic control and pedestrian access routing. Contractor licensing under ORS 468A.720 for working with asbestos-containing materials is not a requirement of this project. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether or not the bidder is a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120. Each bid must also contain confirmation that bidder is registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) - no bid will be received or considered unless the bidder is registered with the Oregon CCB, as required by ORS 701.035 et seq. No bid will be considered unless the First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure form is submitted by the specified deadline. Facsimile and/or emailed disclosure forms will not be accepted. The City of Scappoose reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities, and to accept the bid deemed in the best interests of the City of Scappoose. The City of Scappoose may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the City it is in the public interest to do so.
