The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as: providing all materials and labor for the replacement of 13 rooftop units ("RTU") and 1 makeup air unit for Ada County Juvenile Services, 6300 W. Denton, Boise, ID 83704, with York units of varying sizes, as more specifically detailed in the Project Manual specifications and drawings. Questions Due Date: Apr 5th 2023, 4:00 PM MDT on or about April 10, 2023. Notice of any addenda will be sent to only those individuals who have registered as a vendor on Bonfire for this Project. The Board of Ada County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
