Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a educational facility.

Project consists of abatement & demolition scope, roof restoration, exterior lighting, paving & drainage scope, large gymnasium renovations, mechanical system upgrades, P.A. system replacement, exterior stair replacement, (2) additions, paving and sidewalk repairs. Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
