Demolition, site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Cleveland, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility; for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

This project is to procure professional and related services necessary to develop design plans and specifications for the reconstruction of the East 79th Street Light Rail Station and aid the GCRTA through construction and project closeout. The primary goals of the project are to rehabilitate the station and bring it into compliance with current ADA standards. The provisions of 49 CFR Part 26, and 41 CFR Part 60-1, as applicable to Federal grants regarding equal employment practices and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation are applied to these procurements. GCRTA reserves the right to award this contract to one or more proposers, or to cancel this procurement without any award. This project is subject to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) policy of the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority.
