MAC reserves the right to reject any proposal, which does not provide the information required by this RFP. The Contractor is responsible to manage the annual davits and rail inspections. This is to be accomplished in partnership with a licensed structural engineering firm who has experience in performing these inspections. This firm shall provide an annual report inclusive of photos showing the results. This report will be given to MAC and MAC will ensure any corrective actions are taken to address any necessary items. In addition, Contractor may be requested by others to perform construction final cleans prior to an area opening to the general public. Contractor may work with the construction company or its designated representative for scope of work and payment process. Construction final cleans are not within the scope of work for this Agreement and MAC is not responsible for construction clean payments to the Contractor MAC intends to award an Agreement for janitorial and window cleaning services for a term of 3 years, beginning at 12:00 A.M. January 01, 2024, and terminating at 11:59 P.M. December 31, 2026, with an option for MAC to renew for two (2) – 2-year renewals (maximum 7 years) subject to satisfactory performance of the Agreement and mutually acceptable rates which are not to exceed 4 percent per year.
