Renovation of a golf course in Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.
The scope of work includes necessary utilities, site preparation and coordination with the restroom vendor. The restrooms are being purchased directly by the City and the successful GCshall coordinate the delivery, setting, and final connections with the vendor. Project Scope includes site work, utilities, coordination necessary for the installation of 2 owner furnished prefabricated restrooms by CXT, and L. B. Foster Company. CXT shall furnish, deliver, set in place, and make final utility connections at the prepared sites as per the plans and plan details/notes dated 7/14/2024 by SWA. All questions should be submitted in writing to the A/E by Thursday August 8th, 2024 by 5:00pm All questions or requests for clarification must be submitted in writing to the A/E. All responses will be made in the form of addenda to the Bid Documents. CONSTRUCTION COST RANGE $ 150,000 - $ 200,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Completion of all civil work, utility work, and site preparation required for the installation of the OWNER furnished prefabricated restroom units. The restroom unit vendor shall deliver, set, and make final connections to the units. GC to be responsible for coordination with the restroom vendor and to provide necessary traffic control during delivery, all in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Seamon-Whiteside Engineering Goals are 20% combined MWBE participation
