The Morganti Group, Inc. will receive Sealed Bids for the MC18 PC Air Point of Use Replacement Project at Palm Beach International Airport located in Palm Beach County, Florida. The Morganti Group, Inc. serves as the Construction Manager for the Department of Airports. This is a Construction Management at Risk project with a Guaranteed Maximum Price. The general scope of work includes but is not limited to Finishes, PC Air Systems, Mechanical Demolition, Electrical, PBB Monitoring. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive technicalities or irregularities that are in the best interest of the Owner or to reject any or all bids. The project includes a 12% minimum DBE participation goal for the total GMP of the project. All bidders are required to achieve the DBE goal or demonstrate good faith efforts to achieve the DBE goal.
