This procurement is 100% set-aside for SDVOSB. This document contains basic information and minimal requirement guidance for an Architecture/Engineering (A/E) project to renovate ten stairwells in the WPB parking garage. Eight are steel pan stairs and landing and two are cast concrete. A detailed description of the project requirements is located in the attached Scope of Work. LOCATION: West Palm Beach VA Medical Center, 7305 N.
