Palm Beach County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide architecture, engineering, land surveying, and geotechnical services at Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department Water Treatment Facilities and other County and non-County facilities. The selected firm may act as the Engineer of Record for design, permitting, procuring contractors, and engineering services during construction for assigned projects. The selected firm may also act as the Design Criteria Professional for preparing design criteria package, assisting with procuring design-build entities, and providing owners representative services during design-build phase for assigned projects. Only one (1) firm will be selected. The term of the contract is three (3) years.
