Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kennewick, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project is for the HMA improvements for the following streets: W. Canal Dr. (N. Columbia Center Blvd. to N. Kellogg St.) W. 10th Ave. (S. Union St. to US-395) Work will involve planing (grinding) as called for on the plans, HMA overlay, patching of miscellaneous failed areas, concrete sidewalk ramp upgrades, pavements lane striping, cross walks, stops bars, markings, cast-in-place traffic curbing and other related work, in accordance with these special provisions, manufacturer's product label instructions, and applicable Local, State and Federal Laws & Regulations. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Value Range: $1,900,000-$2,300,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
