Site work for a water / sewer project in Beekmantown, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Town of Beekmantown will accept proposals for Test Well Drilling Services. The scope of work includes the drilling of two (2) 8-inch diameter test wells to be later developed into production wells for the Town of Beekmantown, NY. Please take further notice that the Town affirmatively states that regarding any contract entered into, pursuant to this notice, without regard to race, color, sex, religion, age, national origin, disability, sexual preference or veteran status, disadvantaged and minority or women-owned business enterprises will be afforded equal opportunity to submit proposals in response hereto. The Town, a recipient of the State Revolving Funds Program funds, is an equal opportunity employer All respondents shall comply with the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation Program Requirements and Mandatory Terms and Conditions, Effective November 1, 2021. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals not considered to be in the best interest of the Town, and to waive any technical or formal defect in the proposals which are considered by the Town to be merely irregular, immaterial, or unsubstantial. Questions will be accepted until Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 3 PM. Contractors are advised to adhere to the Submittal Requirements.
