W9123824B0005 Department Defense Depot San Joaquin, Tracy Various Paving The Government anticipates issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price construction contract for the Department Defense Depot San Joaquin, Tracy Various Paving Project Description: The purpose of this project is to repair and replace pavement base wide by providing a design and constructing an expanded parking lot East of Warehouse 30, remove and replace the parking lot at Building 38, remove and replace the loading/unloading area at Building 72, Remove and replace the pavement West of the intersection of "C" Street and 4th Street, install concrete trailer landing gear bearing strips west of Warehouse 29 at the Defense Distribution Depot, San Joaquin. The Design for all projects shall meet all applicable codes, standards, and specifications. In accordance with FAR 36.204(f) the estimated magnitude of construction is expected to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code 237310 (Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction). The size standard is $45 Million. Product Service Code is Z2LB (Repair or Alteration of Highways/roads/streets/bridges/railways). The solicitation will proceed as a HUBZone small business set-aside acquisition and is estimated to be issued early April 2024, with bids due tentatively mid May 2024. The IFB will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as SAM.gov and will establish a firm bid due date/time. The site visit will be held at a time and place to be determined and will be included in the solicitation.
