Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chanhassen, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota (the "University") is requesting Bids to provide construction services for parking lot expansion at the University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, located in Chanhassen, MN (the "Project"). The scope of the Project will include construction of an expanded parking area, adding 232 stalls which will better accommodate the many visitors seeking access to the Landscape Arboretum. Included is a new access road an gated entry route from 82nd Street. The Project includes structural earth retention, stormwater retention and filtration electrical and telecommunications. This Project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program.
