The work of this project includes construction of approximately 1,900 feet of 30-inch RPMP gravity pipe and associated manholes. The MCUB participation goal for this contract is 7%. In general, no answer will be given in reply to an oral question if the question involves an interpretation of the intent or meaning of the Bidding Documents, or the equality or use of products or methods other than those definitely designated or described on the Drawings or in the Specifications Questions regarding the Technical Specifications and Drawings shall be directed to the IFB Administrator identified in Part 1.1.C of these Instructions. Questions regarding the Bidding and Contracting Requirements shall be directed to the IFB Administrator identified in Part 1.1.C of these Instructions. The Work of the Project shall be Substantially Completed not later than 240 calendar daysfollowing the date of commencement indicated in the Notice to Proceed. The Work of the Project shall be Fully and Finally Completed not later than 300 calendar days following the date of commencement indicated in the Notice to Proceed.
