Renovation of an educational facility in Wolf Lake, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Questions from bidders will stop being entertained 72 hours prior to the date for receipt of Bids. Work to include the replacement of HVAC equipment, ceilings, light fixtures, and providing new insulation in exterior walls in several classrooms, offices, band room, gym lobby, and concession stand. Demolition work consists of: Disconnection and removal of existing HVAC equipment, demolition of existing ACT system and ceiling nailed to structure, partial demolition and modification of existing roof construction, removal of existing ceiling fans, removal of existing conduits and projectors, partial removal of masonry walls, removal of site fencing, concrete equipment pads, site excavation. New work consists of: Installation of new RTUs, ducts, and related materials and equipment, new wood blocking supports, metal stud framed bulkheads with drywall soffits, dropped ACT systems, new LED light fixtures, CMU and drywall wall patching, new insulated window panels, and new insulation, drywall, and wall base at exterior walls, new concrete equipment pads, chainlink fencing, and exterior metal duct jacketing.
