As of April 18, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Any questions regarding details of this RFP should be directed to the Director of Maintenance, Tony Lauer at 810-591-2560 or by e-mail at tlauer@lakefentonschools.org. All bids will be considered firm for 120 days from the bid opening date. The district reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any and all bids submitted in response to this RFP, in whole or in part. It is the intent of Lake Fenton Community Schools to award the bid at the district's regularly scheduled Board meeting on Monday, May 8, 2023. The district requires the equipment and services to be delivered and installed by Monday July 31, 2023. Submission of a bid will be construed as a conclusive presumption that the bidder is thoroughly familiar with the terms and conditions set forth in this RFP and agrees to abide by each and all of the stipulations and requirements contained therein.
