Reference Number 0000332761 Purchase Type One Time Only- Delivery Date:01/01/2024 Question Acceptance Deadline 10/27/2023 12:00 AM EDT Questions are submitted online No The City of Linden is committed to providing safe water to its residents and businesses and is required under the Michigan Public Act 399, Part 14A to maintain a Cross Connection Program to insure a safe public water supply. To accomplish this goal, the City of Linden is seeking Bids from qualified Contractors to implement and manage a Cross Connection Control Program to identify and eliminate cross connections in the City of Linden municipal water system. The Contractor must provide a qualified, experienced, licensed contractor to provide a turnkey service for the Cross Connection Program. All contractors providing a bid must have a minimum of five (5) years of verifiable municipal experience. *The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to accept any Bid which, in their opinion, is most advantageous to the City.
