Renovation of a mixed-use development in Linden, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and water / sewer project.
2024 High School Pump Station. It is the intent of Lake Fenton Community Schools to award the bid at the district's regularly scheduled Board meeting on Monday, June 10, 2024. The district requires the equipment and services to be delivered and installed by August 24, 2024. This date is negotiable if needed. Submission of a bid will be construed as a conclusive presumption that the bidder is thoroughly familiar with the terms and conditions set forth in this RFP and agrees to abide by each and all of the stipulations and requirements contained therein. A certified cashier's check payable to "Lake Fenton Community Schools" or an acceptable BID BOND from a Treasury listed surety company and executed by the bidder in the amount of 20% of the bid must be included with the proposal. The district reserves the right to waive irregularities and accept or reject whole or partial bids based on criterion determined by the district to be in the best interest of the district. This criterion may include but is not limited to All bids will be considered firm for 120 days from the bid opening date.
