WORK PACKAGE "07A - High School Roof Repairs The scope of work for Work Package '07A' will contain Alternate Pricing, Unit Pricing, Allowances, and shall include but not limited to: 1. Provide and install all of Division 2, 5, 6, 7, and 9 as shown and specified: Provide all demolition as shown and as required to complete the new roofing system and sheet metal work. Provide dumpster, haul off and landfill cost for the removal of the demolish roofing materials. 2. Reroof - Provide and install all of Division 7 as it relates to roofing assemblies: Provide raising of all roof equipment, roofing gas piping, vent piping and other roof items required to perform this work. Provide material, labor and equipment to install all roof insulation, coverboard, roofing system, new wood nailers, sheet metal flashing, counterflashing, drip edge, gravel stop, coping, gutters, conductor heads, downspouts, walk mats, gas piping supports, roof specialties, and accessories as drawn and specified. 3. Provide the removal, replacement and/or demolition of existing roofing to allow for new counter flashing as shown and required for the new roof system and sheet metal. 4. Provide alternate pricing as shown and described. 5. Provide allowances in the base bid in conjunction with associated unit pricing. 6. Cleanup of debris from your construction operations is a part of this work package. Contractor will provide labor and dumpsters for all ROOF Demolition/debris. 7. Include Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and required Insurance.
