A summary of the projects includes: City Center Project - The City Center Complex will be a newly constructed, 14,000 square foot City Center Complex (City Hall) to provide administrative offices, meeting spaces, City Council meeting facility, support spaces and include trails and landscaping improvements. Fire Station #2 - Fire Station #2 is in need of expansion to provide both additional storage and living space as well as potentially lengthening an apparatus bay. The plan also includes refreshing the building and if costs allow, space would be provided for potential additional EMS resources. The estimated construction cost is $11M for the City Center Complex and $1.2M for Fire Station #2.
