Question Submission Deadline:April 4, 2023, 1:00pm Contractor shall supply goods or services that comply with the items listed on Quote, Section 5 . The City reserves the right to add or remove additional battery types to the contract. In section 16 of the vendor questionnaire, please address the following: Location - Although a storefront location is not mandatory, please list storefront addresses within the vicinity of The City of Newport News/Hampton Virginia if applicable for potential walk in employees of the City. Delivery - There are multiple delivery locations to various departments throughout the City of Newport News, VA. Please state, whether there is a minimum purchase quantity for delivery. Quantities - Please state how the batteries are packaged and sold (individual batteries vs. having to buy an entire box/case). Substitutions - If submitting quotes on goods other than as specified, Bidder shall furnish complete data and identification with respect to the alternate goods proposed. Minimum Discount - Please provide the Minimum Discount off List Price for additional batteries that may be added to contract. The Contractor shall provide a bonafide price list upon request by the City. Award will be made based on the total quote per battery to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
